I offer in-home lactation consultations in Durham, Orange, and Person counties, NC and virtual visits across North Carolina, with flexible scheduling to meet your needs during the prenatal and postpartum period.

In-Home Visits

Available for families located within a 45-minute drive of northern Durham County.

In-home visits are ideal for hands-on support in the comfort of your space.

Initial visit: $225 • 90–120 minutes

Follow up visit: $175 • 60-90 minutes

What’s included:

  • comprehensive parent + infant assessment

  • weighted feeding when appropriate

  • latch/positioning support

  • pumping assessment

  • personalized feeding plan

  • written summary

  • follow-up support

Travel fee: $40 Applies to homes outside the 20-minute radius

Virtual Visits

Available throughout North Carolina.

Virtual consults are a great option for follow-ups, prenatal education, or feeding questions that don’t require hands-on support.

Initial visit: $125 • 60-90 minutes

Follow up visit: $100 • 30-60 minutes

What’s included:

  • Secure video call with full evaluation and care planning

  • Infant feeding education (breast/chestfeeding, bottle, pumping, etc.)

  • Returning-to-work planning and pumping schedules

  • Weaning strategies

  • Follow-up summary and support

Insurance: Often covered through Lactation Network and Wildflower (Cigna)
